      Animal bites, particularly bites from carnivorous mammals, can be very serious and should always be evaluated by a doctor and reported to animal control officers in the jurisdiction in which you live.

    2. Birth & Death Certificates

      Apply for a copy of a birth or death certificate.

    3. Body Modifications

      The purpose of the body art modification ordinance is to establish procedures and standards to prevent infection and the transmission of blood borne pathogen diseases.

      The Epidemiology staff at the Tippecanoe County Health Department has the task to surveillance the Public Health for the community as a whole.
