UZO AMENDMENT #100, Ordinance No. 2021-13-CM:
This omnibus amendment would update the UZO in four minor areas:
- It would allow basement window wells to extend into a front or rear setback in certain circumstances.
- It would expand the maximum allowable floor area for contracting businesses;
- It would requite fewer parking spaces for farm machinery and industrial truck repair; and
- It would introduce restrictions to shipping containers used for residential and agricultural storage.

Petitioner is requesting rezoning of 10.77 acres located on the south side of CR 800 N, just west of Kipp Farm Road, in Washington 14 (NE) 24-3. With Commitment.
SUBDIVISION VARIANCE - S-5002 - OAK RIDGE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3 (MAJOR-PRELIMINARY PLAT):
A variance to waive the requirement for a cul-de-sac turnaround at the end of a permanent dead-end street per USA Section 5.3-1-h-ii. The subdivider's request before the Area Plan Commission is for three large single-family lots (and one outlot) on 10.01 acres, located at the east end of Zinnia Street, bordering the east boundary of Winding Creek Subdivision in Tippecanoe 29(SW)24-4.
