Documents must be a minimum 10-pt. font on white paper of at least 20-lb.weight (no permanently bound or continuous forms), and
have margins of at least 2" on top and bottom of first and last pages with 1/2" side margins and 1/2" margins all sides on interior
pages. (IC 36-2-11-16.5)
All documents must meet recording form and legibility statutes.
