Traffic Infraction Deferral Program
The Traffic Infraction Deferral Program is offered through the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office. It is available to qualified drivers for the dual purposes of promoting safe driving and allowing the driver to avoid any additional points on his/her driving record through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV).

Adult Protective Services
APS or Adult Protective Services, investigates neglect, self-neglect, battery, and exploitation in anyone who may be an endangered adult as defined by Indiana statute 12-10-3-2.

The Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Citizen Series is an educational outreach program designed to provide Tippecanoe County residents a greater understanding of the inner-workings of their prosecutor’s office and the role that the departments within the office play within the criminal justice system.
