Elliott Industrial Park (S-2351):

The owner, JIRO, LLC (represented by TBIRD Design Services), is requesting a 10th two-year extension of the conditional primary approval granted on January 17, 1996.  The original preliminary plat covers an 8-lot industrial subdivision on 17.446 acres, located at the southeast corner of Brady Lane and Concord Road, in Lafayette, Wea 3 (SE) 22-4.

FINAL DETAILED PLANS RESOLUTION

Resolution PD-18-06: Stonehenge Corporation (Stonehenge PD Final Plat, Phase 3, Part 1) Z-2238:

Final Detailed Plans for the Stonehenge PD, Phase 3, Part 1.  The approved preliminary plans for the third and final phase allows for the construction of 20 single-family dwellings and the completion of the project's amenities and common areas.  Part 1 of Phase 3 contains 14 single-family lots.  The site is located north of US 52 between CR 300 W and CR 375 W, Wabash 34 (SE) 24-5.
