Petitioner is requesting a variance to allow 68.2 65.6 sq. ft.  of fascia signage for an integrated center instead of the maximum allowed 40 sq. ft. for a McAlister’s Deli in a GB zone. The property is located at 527 Sagamore Parkway W, Suite 101, West Lafayette, Wabash 07 (SE) 23-4. (UZO 4-8-7) Continued from the January meeting at petitioner’s request.

Petitioner is requesting a variance to allow 65.07 58.62 sq. ft. of signage instead of the maximum allowed 40 sq. ft. per sign-lot for the new Purdue Christian Campus House in an R3W zone. The property is located at 1000 W. State Street, West Lafayette, Wabash 19 (NW) 23-4. (UZO 4-8-5) Continued to the March meeting because Lafayette Leader failed to publish the public notice.

BZA-2050 TIPPECANOE COUNTY CONSERVATION CLUB, INC.:

Petitioner is requesting a special exception to operate a shooting range (SIC 7997 – membership sports clubs), operating 3 to 5 days a week on 6.3 acres. The Agricultural zoned property is located east of the Conservation Club Road, Fairfield, Longlois Reserve (N1/2) 23-4. (UZO 3-2) Continued to the March meeting at petitioner’s request.
